We have our best sellers manufactured! Seriously I am stoked and always love feedback because that just helps me create better product for you and your stoked little kids. As far as sizing goes I would say they run true to size with a slouched shoulder drop- we recommend that if your child is in-between sizes to size up for longer wear. If one of our tees is very oversized- we will notate it on the product page!

We are transitioning away from our made-to-order tees but we still have a few designs on our site that are made-to-order. For our made-to-order tees, we use brands such as Bella Canvas, Rabbit Skins, LAT, Comfort Colors and sometimes Gildan. Most customers say they are true to size, however, Rabbit Skins & Bella Canvas are known to shrink a bit after first wash. We recommend sizing up one size if they are close to outgrowing their current size. *Our popular adult t-shirts will stay up & will be made-to-order for the time being.

RTS items ship within 1-5 business days.  MTO items (made to order) are shipped within 3-10 business days.  We always strive to ship your order out to you ASAP!  If you need your order faster, please send an email to support@tuckncharco.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

*please note, if we do not have a blank T-shirt in stock- sometimes delivery from our wholesaler can take up to a week or 10 business days to receive*

As a family owned & operated business, we pride ourselves in striving to make each customer happy. If for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your order please send an email to: support@tuckncharco.com to start the refund process for store credit.

Please note- all swim & sale items are final sale.

Once your order ships and leaves our hands, it is now in the hands of USPS (or another mail carrier but 99.9% of the time it will be shipped with USPS)  and Tuck & Char Co. is no longer responsible for your package. 

You will receive tracking to track your package.  Sometimes USPS doesn't scan the package and it will randomly disappear somewhere in the country, destination and where it truly is is unknown, and then poof! It finally arrives at your home.   

If you are having any issues with your package, please feel free to email us @ support@tuckncharco.com and we will do our best to assist.

Our customers have agreed- that both our swim collections (24'/25') fit true to size.

Our boys swim run about 1" wider in the waistband than some other small shop brands so please make sure to look over the size chart! 18/24M boys fits like a 2T

If your kiddo is on the bigger end of the percentile chart for height/weight we recommend sizing up. For example, The hi-viz yellow one piece girls suit my daughter is wearing the 2/3T and is in the 97+ percentile for height & weight as a 2 year old. In the girls bikini she fits the 18/24M (fits like a 2T).
